Buyers at the 2016 Rocklyn Merino Stud on-property ram sale were optimistic, with a great season and good wool prices in play. Forty-three lots sold for an average of $1,428. Read more about the sale in this article.
2015 on-property ram sale report
Rocklyn Merino Stud held its third on-property ram sale on Thursday 10th September at “Elon”, Greenethorpe. The sale, conducted by Elders, was well attended with several new clients present amoungst the eighteen registered bidders. 60 hogget rams were offered at the sale, of which 54 sold at an average of $1,305. 2014 on-property ram sale
The Rocklyn Merino Stud 2014 on-property ram sale was held on Thursday 11th September at 'Elon' 343 Barkers Rd, Greenethorpe. For the second year, Rocklyn Merino Stud offered 50 rams at the annual sale, which was well attended. 43 rams sold at an average price of $1140, with the top price of $2500 being reached twice.
